Your deposit, LESS an ADMINISTRATION FEE OF $50, will be refunded if you cancel 8 days or more prior to your scheduled date of arrival. A credit card is required to make a reservation on-line.

From airport or Port Douglas: Travelling into Cairns on the Bruce Highway (Sheridan Street), turn right into Grove Street immediately after passing the Captain Cook statue. Grosvenor in Cairns is immediately on your left.
From Cairns Central and Railway Station: Travelling north on McLeod Street, turn right at the second roundabout (Grove Street). The Grosvenor in Cairns is immediately on your right.
From South on Highway Turn left onto McLeod Street at the first lights after the railway crossing. Turn right at the second roundabout (Grove Street). The Grosvenor in Cairns is immediately on your right.
